Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest rooms to established standards. The role requires greeting guests warmly, thorough cleaning, changing linens, and reporting repairs as needed, while ensuring safety and compliance with MSDS/OSHA guidelines.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (preferred), housekeeping experience or training, and English communication skills. Work hours vary; benefits include health insurance, time off, and travel discounts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms to standards within allotted time via sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and other amenities.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust walls, furniture, and equipment.
• Notify managers about repairs needed in guest rooms.
• Process guest items left in rooms per lost and found policy.
• Follow MSDS and OSHA safety guidelines and wear protective equipment.
• Perform house person and lobby duties when short-staffed or busy.
• Aim to improve overall guest satisfaction and scores.
