Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest rooms to established standards. You will greet guests warmly, change linens, replace amenities, and report repairs while following safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include supporting lobby duties when needed, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding MSDS/OSHA standards. Work schedule may vary, including holidays and weekends, with standing/walking required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training
• Understand and communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly greeting
• Clean guest rooms to standards within the allotted time by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming
• Change bed linens and replace towels and other amenities
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust furniture, walls or equipment
• Notify managers concerning repairs needed in guest rooms
• Process guest items left in rooms per lost and found policy
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective gear and follow MSDS/OSHA guidelines
• Perform house person and lobby duties when short-staffed or during peak periods
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work to improve departmental and overall guest satisfaction
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction and perform other duties as requested by management
