Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest rooms to standard, greet guests warmly, and ensure satisfaction. You will change linens, tidy bathrooms and surfaces, and report repairs as needed while following safety rules.

Previous housekeeping experience is required or equivalent training, and English communication is essential. The schedule may include holidays and weekends with various shifts, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms according to standards within the time frame.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust surfaces.
• Notify managers of repairs needed in rooms.
• Handle lost and found items per policy.
• Follow safety guidelines and MSDS/OSHA standards.
• Perform house person and lobby duties when needed.
• Aim to improve guest satisfaction scores and overall service.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
