The role emphasizes attention to detail, adherence to safety policies, and timely service, with regular training through Extended Stay University.

The position supports various areas of the hotel as needed and requires the ability to respond to guest requests, maintain equipment, and keep common areas tidy.

Qualifications

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines and communicate clearly with the manager and staff.
• Follow guidelines, meet time objectives, and adhere to productivity standards.
• Apply good judgment at all times to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms following company standards and procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, rooms, and laundry areas to standard.
• Restock carts as needed and per manager directions.
• Report maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Note any guest property left in checkout rooms and inform front desk.
• Assist guests and provide reasonable accommodation when possible.
