Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in accordance with company standards, ensuring a quality guest experience at Extended Stay America properties. The role emphasizes adherence to guidelines, strong communication with management and staff, and maintaining cleanliness across assigned areas.

Responsibilities include stocking carts, reporting maintenance needs, assisting guests, and completing required training.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training necessary.
• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines and the ability to engage in effective communication with the manager and staff.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms following company standards and procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness of carts, cart rooms and laundry areas.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms if necessary and or directed by management.
• Reports all maintenance issues directly to the front desk and/or manager on duty.
• Reports any remaining guest property in a check-out room directly to the front desk and manager on duty.
• Assists and provides reasonable accommodation in response to guest requests whenever possible and practical.
• Complies with all safety and security policies and procedures.
• Completes all required and annual Extended Stay University training.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of the hotel as assigned by the manager.
• Responsible for maintaining overall hotel cleanliness.
• Other duties as assigned by the management team.
