Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Housekeeper to clean guest rooms per company standards and to maintain carts and laundry areas. You will also assist with guest requests and report maintenance issues to the front desk.

Qualifications

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines to engage with the manager and staff.
• Follow guidelines and time objectives according to company standards.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms according to standards and procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to company standard.
• Stock carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Report maintenance issues and left-behind guest property to front desk and manager on duty.
• Assist with guest requests when possible and practical.
• Comply with safety and security policies and complete required training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
