ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Housekeeper to clean guest rooms and uphold company standards in a hotel setting. You will support the front desk by reporting maintenance issues and guest property left behind, while maintaining carts, rooms, and laundry areas.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, adherence to safety policies, and completion of required Extended Stay University training, with opportunities to assist across hotel areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines and the ability to engage in effective communication with the manager and staff.
• Understand and follow guidelines, adhere to time objectives, productivity measurements and similar company standards and expectations.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of guest rooms according to company standards and procedures.
• Promotes a 100% commitment to guest experience and associates.
• Cleans and stocks carts, rooms, and laundry areas per policy and procedure.
• Reports maintenance issues to front desk or manager on duty.
• Reports remaining guest property in check-out rooms to front desk.
• Assists with guest requests when possible and practical.
• Follows safety and security policies and completes required training.
