Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is hiring a Housekeeper to clean guest rooms per company standards and ensure a great guest experience. You will keep carts and laundry areas organized and assist with any guest requests when possible.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to guidelines, and cooperation with management to maintain a clean and welcoming hotel environment within Extended Stay America locations.

Qualifications

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines and communicate with the manager and staff.
• Understand and follow guidelines, adhere to time objectives and company standards.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas.
• Stock carts and report maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Assist with guest requests and provide accommodations when possible.
• Comply with safety and security policies and complete required training.
• Assist with cleaning other areas of the hotel as assigned by management.
