Job summary

Olympia Hospitality is seeking a dedicated housekeeping attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms and hotel areas, ensuring high cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction. You will work as part of a team focused on warmth, reliability, and safety in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping/cleaning experience and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites according to established cleanliness and hygiene standards, including making beds, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, and replenishing amenities.
• Ensure linens, towels, and toiletries are stocked and refreshed in guest rooms, reporting deficiencies to the housekeeping supervisor.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, such as shampooing carpets, scrubbing floors, and sanitizing bathroom fixtures.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner while respecting their privacy.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries to enhance their stay experience.
• Report issues raised by guests to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Collaborate with room attendants, supervisors, and hotel staff to ensure smooth operation.
• Communicate important information to colleagues and supervisors to facilitate workflow.
• Follow safety protocols and health, safety, and environmental regulations; adhere to company policies.
• Report safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor and mitigate risks.
