Olympia Hospitality is hiring for a housekeeping position to ensure safe and efficient operation while delivering warmth and happiness to every guest experience. You will clean and maintain guest rooms, stock amenities, and coordinate with hotel staff to meet high cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping/cleaning experience and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites according to established cleanliness and hygiene standards, including making beds, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, and replenishing amenities.
• Ensure linens, towels, and toiletries are stocked and refreshed in guest rooms, reporting deficiencies or damages as needed.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks such as shampooing carpets, scrubbing floors, and sanitizing bathrooms to maintain high cleanliness and sanitation levels.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner while respecting privacy and confidentiality during room cleaning and service.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, and assist with providing information to enhance their stay experience.
• Report safety hazards, accidents, or incidents to the supervisor and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
• Work collaboratively with other room attendants, supervisors, and hotel staff to ensure smooth housekeeping operations.
• Communicate effectively to relay room status, special requests, and guest preferences to ensure efficient workflow.
• Follow safety, health, and environmental regulations and company policies for housekeeping operations.
