Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping/cleaning experience and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent guest-service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites to established cleanliness standards.
• Ensure linens, towels, and toiletries are stocked and refreshed.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed to maintain sanitation.
• Greet guests courteously and respect privacy during service.
• Report maintenance and housekeeping requests to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to coordinate housekeeping services.
• Follow safety protocols and health regulations.
