Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping/cleaning experience and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work physically demanding shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites to established cleanliness standards.
• Ensure linens, towels, and amenities are stocked and refreshed; report deficiencies.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed to maintain sanitation.
• Greet guests courteously and respect privacy during service.
• Assist guests with requests and provide information to enhance stay.
• Coordinate with housekeeping supervisors and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
