Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant in Pasadena, CA to clean guest rooms to standards and greet guests warmly. You will change linens, replace amenities, and maintain safety while working with hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires English communication and prior housekeeping experience is preferred. Work is on-site with varying shifts, holidays, and weekends; comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly invitation.
• Clean guest rooms within standard time frames (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming).
• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust walls, furniture, and equipment.
• Notify managers about repairs needed in rooms.
• Handle lost and found items per policy.
• Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform house person and lobby duties when needed.
• Support guest satisfaction efforts and contribute to overall guest scores.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
