HHM Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest rooms to the hotel’s standards. You will greet guests warmly, change linens, and ensure amenities are stocked and rooms are spotless within time frames.

Responsibilities include reporting repairs, handling lost and found items, and adhering to safety guidelines. Flexibility for holidays/weekends and standing for long periods is required; prior housekeeping experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms to standards within the allotted time by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust furniture, walls or equipment.
• Notify managers about repairs in guest rooms.
• Process guest items left in rooms per lost and found policy.
• Follow MSDS and OSHA safety standards.
• Perform house person and lobby attendant duties when short staffed or during peak periods.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
