Job summary

HHM Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest rooms to established standards. You will greet guests warmly, clean rooms within allotted times, change bed linens, and ensure guest comfort with attentive service.

The role requires English communication and prior housekeeping experience or training; standing for long periods and lifting up to 20 pounds are expected as part of the duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Clean rooms to standards within the allotted time by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
• Clean and polish furniture; dust surfaces.
• Notify managers about repairs needed in rooms.
• Handle items left by guests per lost-and-found policy.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE; observe MSDS/OSHA standards.
• Perform housekeeping or lobby duties when needed.
• Support guest satisfaction and departmental goals.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
