Job summary

HHM Hotels in Irving, TX, is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest rooms to established standards. You will greet guests, make beds, replace towels, and ensure rooms are tidy and ready for the next guest.

The role requires English communication, the ability to stand for long periods, and willingness to work shifts including holidays and weekends. Training is provided; benefits accompany full-time and part-time openings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly message.
• Clean guest rooms according to standards within allotted time.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
• Polish furniture and fixtures, dust walls and equipment.
• Notify management about repairs needed in rooms.
• Handle lost and found items per policy.
• Follow safety rules and wear protective gear as required.
• Perform house/person and lobby duties when needed.
• Aim to improve guest satisfaction scores and overall service.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
