Job summary

South Beach Group Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant in our Housekeeping department to provide guest-oriented service, cleaning rooms, and maintaining a neat environment.

This is a full-time, nonexempt role requiring 1+ year in housekeeping, basic English, and the ability to lift items and work independently.

You will work varied shifts including evenings and weekends, contributing to guest satisfaction through proactive service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of housekeeping experience.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• High School education preferred.
• Able to speak and understand basic English.
• Must work independently and use good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Completes all checklists as assigned.
• Cleans guest rooms daily according to policies and standards.
• Stocks cart with linens and supplies.
• Removes trash and replaces linens.
• Promotes hotel services and provides guest with local directions.
• Maintain a professional appearance according to hotel guidelines.
• Demonstrate teamwork and assist colleagues as needed.
