Job summary

South Beach Group Hotels in Miami Beach, FL, is seeking a Room Attendant to uphold our high standards of guest comfort. You will perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, stock supplies, and maintain cart organization while following safety and operational policies.

This full-time position requires at least one year of housekeeping or hospitality experience, basic English, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of (1) year of housekeeping experience.
• A minimum of (1) years of hospitality experience preferred.
• High School education preferred.
• Able to speak and understand basic English.
• Must be able to work independently and exercise good judgment to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Completes all checklists as assigned.
• Collects daily worksheet each morning with applicable keys, and returns them by the end of the shift.
• Maintains supply cart and vacuum cleaner for efficiency.
• Stocks supply on cart with linens, guest supplies, and cleaning equipment.
• Cleans guest rooms daily according to standards.
• Removes soiled linens and replaces with clean linens.
• Removes trash from rooms.
• Promotes hotel services and provides guest with local information.
• Demonstrates teamwork and cooperates with staff.
