Job summary

Terratron is seeking a housekeeping associate to create clean, comfortable guest rooms that welcome travelers and boost confidence in their stay. You will clean guest rooms from top to bottom, maintain cleanliness standards, and ensure room readiness with attention to safety and guest service.

You will follow brand and property procedures, work independently while supporting a positive team environment, and communicate with leadership and front desk about room readiness and concerns.

Qualifications

• Reliable, self-motivated and responsible with time management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and adapt to business needs.
• High cleanliness standards and ability to follow room, public area, laundry, or sanitation procedures.
• Can understand oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, floors, furniture, fixtures, windows and assigned spaces.
• Vacuum, dust, change linens, make beds, remove trash and replenish supplies.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest service.
• Report maintenance needs, safety concerns, room status, and lost items.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely per policies.
• Follow brand and housekeeping procedures.
• Organize carts, closets, linens, supplies, laundry areas and workspaces.
• Communicate with housekeeping leadership and front desk about room readiness.
• Assist with laundry, deep cleaning, or special projects as assigned.
• Work independently while supporting a positive team environment.
• Maintain professional appearance and be in uniform.
• Understand basic safety, security and emergency procedures.
