Job summary

Broadway Plaza in Rochester, MN is seeking a Housekeeper/Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas. This full-time role offers a competitive wage and a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with weekend rotation.

You will contribute to guest satisfaction by ensuring a clean, welcoming environment. Eligible candidates should have 1 year of hospitality experience (preferred), a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hospitality experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience in hotel/hospitality preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public spaces following procedures.
• Make beds, replace linens, and replenish towels and amenities.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report to supervisor.
• Handle cleaning supplies safely and follow safety guidelines.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and seasonal deep cleaning.
• Provide porterage support for arrivals and service requests when needed.
