Job summary

Mondrian South Beach in Miami Beach, FL is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain guest rooms according to our standards. You will clean guest rooms, restock supplies, and ensure beds and bathrooms are prepared for new guests.

The role requires you to follow safety and cleanliness guidelines, operate cleaning equipment, and work as part of a team in a fast-paced hotel environment. Prior housekeeping experience is welcomed but not required.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Able to read product labels and instructions.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow directions.
• Must stand and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Able to bend, stoop, and lift as needed.

Responsibilities

• Mops and vacuums floors daily and cleans mops after use.
• Changes bed linens, bedspreads, and blankets as needed.
• Cleans and disinfects sinks, toilets, and tubs.
• Restocks soaps, toilet paper, and provides towels.
• Washes windows and coverings as needed.
• Dusts countertops and furniture.
• Dusts paintings and fixtures weekly.
• Empties trash and disposes properly.
• Recycles according to procedures.
• Reports broken items to management.
• Replaces light bulbs and ensures lights off when not needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
