Soho House & Co in Miami Beach is seeking a Room Attendant to provide superb guest service, maintain spotless rooms, and ensure amenities are stocked.

You will clean and stock rooms daily, handle guest inquiries politely, and adhere to housekeeping policies. The role requires honesty, organization and a can-do attitude; physical tasks include lifting up to 30 pounds and standing long periods.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• To ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and daily linen changes.
• Removing linen and trash; cleaning bathrooms and disinfecting.
• Replacing used amenities after every guest departure.
• Prepare bed with linen, ensure linen is stain-free and free of rips.
• Report defects in guest rooms or throughout the hotel.
• Vacuum every room; sweep and mop daily.
• Understand property amenities.
• Assist guests as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
