Job summary

Grand Beach Hotel Miami Beach is seeking a dedicated room attendant to maintain spotless guestrooms and bathrooms in accordance with Grand Beach Service standards. You will anticipate guest needs, ensure privacy, and protect guest property while delivering courteous service.

You will report on time in uniform, work a full schedule including weekends and holidays, and handle cleaning tasks from stocking supplies to deep cleaning VIP rooms as required.

Qualifications

• Service orientation and guest-focused approach.
• Able to work as part of a dynamic quality-driven team.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Ability to push, stand, stoop, bend, and lift items up to 50 pounds repetitively.

Responsibilities

• Reports to work as scheduled, in proper uniform, per appearance standards.
• Cleans and sanitizes all assigned rooms and bathrooms.
• Follows the designated sequence of room assignments.
• Cleans guestroom windows and balconies to hotel standards.
• Replaces amenities and linens according to hotel standards.
• Keeps cart and linen closets clean and orderly.
• Reports irregularities to Supervisor.
• Notifies Supervisors of discrepancies.
• Turns in lost and found items as per department standard.
• Cleans assigned rooms within shift time and passes inspections.
