Job summary

First Hospitality’s Le Meridien St. Louis Downtown is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and style guest rooms and public areas to brand standards.

You will promptly address guest requests and work with the Guest Services team to ensure a welcoming, relaxing environment for guests throughout their stay. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a professional demeanor aligned with the hotel’s luxury brand.

Responsibilities

• Clean and style hotel rooms and public areas to brand standards with attention to detail.
• Refresh and replenish guest rooms with amenities, supplies, linen, and collateral.
• Inspect work to prevent guest challenges and report maintenance concerns.
• Engage with guests to identify needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Guest Services and hotel leadership to resolve issues.
• Maintain professionalism aligned with hotel brand and company expectations.
• Know and communicate hotel emergency procedures and assist in emergencies.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by hotel leadership.
