Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Basic English skills preferred.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize assigned guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards.
• Replace linens and amenities and report maintenance needs.
• Report suspicious behavior and lost items to supervisors.
• Keep cleaning carts and linen closets organized and stocked.
• Attend departmental meetings and provide coverage in related areas as needed.
• Be familiar with hotel facilities, locations, and hours to assist guests.
• Report to work as scheduled in proper uniform.
• Maintain professional guest relations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow safety protocols and hotel policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
