Edgewater Gaming, LLC is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to support our housekeeping team and ensure a pristine guest experience. You will help keep rooms clean, organized, and stocked with amenities to meet high standards of hospitality.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain necessary work cards for the United States.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of hospitality, cleaning, or related experience.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to department standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
• Load and restock housekeeping carts with linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies as needed throughout the shift.
• Replace or report any missing, damaged, or broken items and furniture.
• Accurately complete room status reports and follow entry/exit procedures for guest rooms.
