Job summary

Edgewater Gaming, LLC is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to contribute to the housekeeping team and guest experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The role focuses on cleaning, restocking, and maintaining rooms to the highest standards while ensuring safety and compliance with policies and gaming regulations. A team-oriented mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of hospitality, cleaning, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Load and restock housekeeping carts with linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies as needed throughout the shift.
• Clean and service guest rooms according to department standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
• Replace or report any missing, damaged, or broken items and furniture.
• Accurately complete room status reports and follow entry/exit procedures for guest rooms.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
