The role emphasizes teamwork, accurate inventory, and safe handling of chemicals and equipment within a hospitality and gaming environment. 18+ with HS diploma and English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of housekeeping or facilities support experience preferred.
• Previous carpet care or floor cleaning experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture.
• Receive and distribute supplies from the loading dock to basement storage.
• Ensure proper placement and accurate inventory records, including chemicals.
• Maintain and clean all tools, equipment, and machinery; ensure safe storage after use.
• Perform deep cleaning and floor care duties in guest rooms, corridors, and linen rooms.
• Track and report daily linen counts and complete weekly/monthly inventory of supplies.
