Shaner Group in Middletown Township, PA is seeking a dedicated hotel Housekeeper/Room Attendant. You will clean guest rooms to the franchise standards, respond to guest requests, and report maintenance issues to ensure high levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

You must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and may need bilingual English/Spanish. Prior cleaning experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness.
• Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints.
• Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
