Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year cleaning experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms as assigned to hotel standards.
• Report maintenance deficiencies and handle guest requests or complaints.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Complete deep cleaning / seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled.
• Return and restock cart at end of shift.
