Job summary

Shaner Group in Philadelphia is seeking a hotel housekeeping associate to maintain high cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction. You will clean guest rooms, restock supplies, and report maintenance needs in a timely fashion.

Flexibility is required, including weekends and holidays. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and prior hotel experience is preferred to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms as assigned per hotel standards.
• Report maintenance deficiencies and handle guest requests.
