Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a dedicated housekeeping team member to clean guest rooms and public areas to company standards. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow SOPs, and a focus on guest satisfaction.

You will handle duties across bathrooms, kitchens, dining areas, and corridors, while maintaining supplies and reporting issues promptly. This full-time on-site position offers weekly pay, benefits coverage, and a collaborative team environment in a fast-paced hospitality

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping/laundry procedures and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• Capable of cleaning required rooms per shift.
• Ability to inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to SOPs.
• Remove trash and debris from rooms and surrounding areas.
• Maintain room appearance and cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and dining areas as required.
• Vacuum and wash floors; dust and polish furniture.
• Restock supplies and operate housekeeping equipment per SOPs.
• Report safety concerns and guest issues to supervisor.
