Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping and laundry procedures and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• Capable of cleaning required rooms per shift.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to standard operating procedures.
• Remove trash and debris from guest rooms and surrounding areas.
• Maintain all areas to company standards, even if not assigned a cleaning area.
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and dining areas in suites.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Restock housekeeping carts and supplies at shift end.
• Notify supervisor of safety concerns or guest issues.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
