Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming guest areas in our Texas location. The role involves routine and deep cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, laundry areas, and common spaces to meet our cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and floors, restocking supplies, and reporting any safety concerns.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping and laundry standard operating procedures and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions, directions and meet deadlines.
• Ability to clean the minimum required rooms per shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to SOPs.
• Remove trash from guest rooms and surrounding areas.
• Ensure all areas meet company standards.
• Clean baths, kitchens, and dining areas.
• Vacuum and wash floors per SOPs.
• Restock supplies and prepare housekeeping cart.
• Notify supervisor of room readiness and guest concerns.
• Operate housekeeping equipment safely.
