Job summary

Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is seeking a dedicated housekeeping associate to maintain our guest rooms to the Virgin standard of cleanliness.

You will work with a collaborative team, greet guests in English, follow safety procedures, and use the HOTSOS system to manage requests and communicate with the Housekeeping team. This role emphasizes precision, reliability, and guest-focused service in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Must have current, legal, and unrestricted ability to work in the United States.
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Additional foreign language is a plus.
• Previous hotel housekeeping experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Virgin Hotel's high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms.
• Communicate and coordinate with teammates, managers and guests.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance deficiencies.
• Utilize HOTSOS program for requests and communicate with Housekeeping.
• Be physically present and able to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Assist with restocking supplies and adhere to security policies.
