Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and/or suites in a timely and thorough manner.
• Respond to guest complaints and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve satisfaction.
• Follow established safety procedures and wear protective equipment when needed.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication with other departments.
• May have turndown duties and assist with deep cleaning projects.
