Zusammenfassung

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant at Tru by Hilton Orlando Convention Center to maintain clean guestrooms and deliver attentive, courteous service to guests.

The role involves pre-cleaning duties, restocking carts, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.

Aufgaben

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties, including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart setup.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day’s use.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items from room to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance repairs to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle Lost and Found items according to standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
