Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a dedicated room attendant to maintain immaculate hotel rooms and public areas in San Ramon. You will clean bathrooms, make beds, replenish supplies, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces, extend arms overhead to reach and clean.
• Willingness to pitch in and help teammates as needed.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to push/pull equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in a hotel environment.
• Ability to adapt communication style for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of hotel rooms and related areas.
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines for chemicals.
• Strip and change bed linens and towels; lift heavy items as required.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, walls, and surfaces thoroughly.
• Vacuum rooms and restock amenities and supplies.
• Assist with room key distribution and inventory of supplies.
