Highgate Hotels in Erie, PA is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean and inviting guestrooms. You will perform thorough cleaning, restock supplies, and report maintenance or missing items, delivering attentive, courteous service to every guest.

Responsibilities emphasize safety, efficient cart preparation, and supporting the Housekeeping Supervisor. The role requires physical stamina and clear communication to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and stand for long periods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report all missing items from room to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle items for Lost and Found according to the standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
