Qualifications

• Must have comprehensive knowledge of the English language to communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all assigned rooms and suites daily, including bed making, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, and stocking supplies.
• Report missing items and any needed repairs to supervisor; protect guest safety and ensure security procedures are followed.
• Handle lost and found items and return them to housekeeping promptly; follow safety guidelines for lifting and handling equipment.
• Attend required meetings and maintain professional conduct and appearance at all times.
