Loews Miami Beach Hotel is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Team Member to clean public guest areas, assist room attendants, and promote outstanding guest relations. You will follow safety procedures, maintain cleanliness of lobbies, restrooms, and hallways, and respond promptly to service requests in a fast-paced oceanfront setting.

Ideal candidates will have basic English, be able to stand and lift for extended periods, and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is an asset.
• Must be customer-service oriented with hospitality focus.
• Basic English language skills required.

Responsabilités

• Reports to work as scheduled, in proper uniform, per appearance standards.
• Maintain friendly, positive guest experience and recognize returning guests.
• Follow Housekeeping policies and procedures and radio etiquette.
• Respond to HotSOS and Rexx/radio requests promptly and accurately.
• Assist room attendants by handling trash and soiled linen.
• Keep public areas and back-of-house clean and orderly.
• Ensure safe chemical usage per procedures and attend departmental meetings.
