Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest rooms to established standards, greet guests warmly, and ensure overall room readiness. You will change linens, replace towels, and notify management of any repairs needed. Adherence to safety protocols is required, with duties including lifting up to 20 pounds and standing for extended periods.

High school diploma preferred and English communication essential. Work hours vary, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms to established standards.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
• Dust and polish furniture, walls, and fixtures.
• Notify management of repairs needed in rooms.
• Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals properly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon interaction with a warm and friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms according to standards within the allotted time frame by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and other amenities.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust furniture, walls or equipment.
• Notify managers concerning the need for repairs in guest rooms.
• Process guest items left in rooms according to lost and found policy.
