Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest rooms to meet established standards. You will greet guests with a warm, friendly welcome, and ensure rooms are clean and well equipped according to standards.

Responsibilities include changing linens, replenishing amenities, reporting repairs, and handling lost-and-found items. The role requires English communication, physical stamina, and adherence to safety rules; shifts may include holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting and assist as needed.
• Clean guest rooms to standards within the allotted time, using sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and other amenities.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust walls, furniture and equipment.
• Notify managers about repairs needed in guest rooms.
• Handle lost and found items according to policy.
• Follow safety rules and wear protective equipment; comply with MSDS/OSHA standards.
• Perform house person and lobby attendant duties during peak periods or staff shortages.
• Support guest satisfaction by contributing to department and hotel-wide goals.
