Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest rooms per the brand's standards while greeting guests warmly. You will ensure timely turnovers and report needed repairs.

The role requires cleaning duties like changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and stocking amenities, with emphasis on safety and guest satisfaction. English communication is required and a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms to standards within the time frame.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
• Dust and polish furniture, walls and fixtures.
• Notify managers about room repairs needed.
• Process items left in rooms per lost and found policy.
• Follow safety and MSDS/OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with housekeeping and lobby duties when needed.
• Support guest satisfaction targets.
