Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest rooms to high standards. You will greet guests warmly, perform thorough room cleaning, change linens, and ensure amenities are refreshed between visits.

Responsibilities include reporting maintenance needs, handling lost and found items, and supporting lobby duties as needed. Strong English communication and prior housekeeping experience are preferred. Schedule may include holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms to standard within allotted time using sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and other amenities.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust furniture, walls or equipment.
• Notify managers concerning repairs needed in guest rooms.
• Process guest items left in rooms according to lost and found policy and follow safety procedures.
• Perform house person and lobby duties when short staffed or during peak periods.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work to improve them.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
