Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is hiring a Room Attendant to keep guest rooms and hotel spaces spotless, refreshed, and ready for guests with warmth and care.

You will clean and service rooms, replace linens and amenities, report maintenance issues, and collaborate with Housekeeping leadership to support smooth operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Previous hotel or cleaning experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hotel, hospitality, cleaning, janitorial, or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong time management, reliability, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, hallways, and assigned hotel areas according to hotel brand standards and operational procedures.
• Replace linens, towels, amenities, and guest supplies while ensuring rooms are refreshed, organized, and guest-ready.
• Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness, presentation, maintenance concerns, and operational readiness throughout shifts.
• Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, safety concerns, and room status updates promptly and accurately.
• Respond professionally and courteously to guest requests and housekeeping service needs throughout the day.
