Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to keep guest rooms and hotel spaces spotless, refreshed, and welcoming. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring rooms meet presentation standards and guest-ready condition daily.

Ideal candidates will have prior housekeeping or guest service experience, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally with guests and team members. Weekend and holiday availability is often required.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hotel, hospitality, cleaning, janitorial, or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, hallways, and assigned areas following brand standards.
• Replace linens, towels, amenities, and guest supplies; ensure rooms are guest-ready.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and issues; report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, supply areas, and storage spaces with organization.
• Respond professionally to guest requests and follow safety guidelines.
