Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to provide the highest level of guest service by cleaning guest rooms in line with company standards and procedures.

In this role you will maintain carts and laundry areas, respond to guest requests, report maintenance issues, and support safety policies while upholding cleanliness across the hotel.

You will complete required Extended Stay University training and may travel within a reasonable geography to assist other locations.

Qualifications

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines.
• Ability to engage in effective communication with manager and staff.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms in accordance with company standards.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to standard.
• Reports maintenance issues to front desk/manager on duty.
• Reports remaining guest property in checkout rooms to front desk/manager on duty.
• Assists guest requests and provides accommodations when possible.
• Complies with safety and security policies and completes training.
