Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean guest rooms and uphold high cleanliness standards. You will follow company procedures, keep carts and laundry areas organized, and promptly report maintenance or guest property concerns to the front desk or manager on duty.

You will support guests with requests, adhere to safety policies, and participate in required training to ensure a superior guest experience across all hotel areas.

Qualifications

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines and the ability to engage in effective communication with the manager and staff.
• Understand and follow guidelines, adhere to time objectives and productivity standards.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to standard.
• Reports maintenance issues and guest property problems to the front desk/manager on duty.
• Assists guests and provides reasonable accommodation in response to requests when possible.
