ESA Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in accordance with company guidelines and procedures. You will ensure carts, laundry areas, and workspaces are maintained to standards, stock supplies, and assist with guest requests when possible.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to policies, and timely completion of tasks while contributing to a positive guest experience across Extended Stay America properties.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training necessary.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms with adherence to company standards, policies and procedures.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms if necessary and/or directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues directly to the front desk and/or manager on duty.
• Assists and provides reasonable accommodation in response to guest requests when possible.
• Completes all required training and safety policies.
